The doctor my daughter seen on 2/15/24 is the best she definitely listened to all my concerns and looked into my daughter’s health history before entering the rooms and agreed with me. She was so sweet and my daughter wasn’t nervous when the doctor asked her questions. We didn’t have to wait a long time which was a huge plus ! After 6 years we are finally being referred to an allergy specialist! I do also see a huge difference in this office now and it’s definitely for the better !!! I love to take my children to a place where the drs and nurses love there job and take it very seriously. Although I’m still waiting on a medication that the pharmacy can’t release until they get it cleared from the doctor I’m sure they will get it handled soon.

Jacylnn Hunt was so professional, I love her for my baby. She's very passionate, caring, and devoted to her profession. She is patient and very kind. The appointment was swift and straight to the point.

Nicala Brooks was great! She was very patient with us and handled my son with such care! She answered all of my questions and concerns. She went over and beyond! Would like her as a provider on ever other visit.

The facility is very clean. The waiting areas and rooms are fun and colorful. The staff is always polite and the wait time usually isn't long. The providers are polite and don't seem to mind being asked questions and answering them. They do a great job with working along other providers and specialists you may use as well.

I had a great experience seeing Dr. Hunt although I've never had a bad experience at children's health. Every provider I've seen for both my children are always thorough and listen to my concerns as well as take action. And we love that they get books after most visits as well for my baby.

Ms.Teva Melvin Was Such A Nice Sweet Nurse. We done telemedicine visit, it was my 1st time, It was time for my visit & I couldn't find my phone. Luckily I found it Im 10mins late with my visit, But let's just say She Did Not STOP Trying UNTILL SHE CONTACTED ME, Soon as I found my phone she was calling again... My point with this whole experience is, Ms.Teva is Truly Dedicated to her Job, She Cares About Her Little Patients. If it would have been any other Nurse they probably would have gave up after 1 phone call, Or they would have done the same as Ms. Teva Who Knows. But Im certainly want to seeing her again.
